Hickory Baseball Night at the Aberdeen
Ironbirds game is next Thursday, July 20th and unfortunately
ticket sales have not been great. When we set out to do this
program, our goal was to have a really fun night for Hickory
Baseball players and their families. However, to make that
happen we need to sell out our allotment of tickets and get
plenty of players at the game. To help ensure that happens
we’ve made the following changes...
We’ve reduced the price of the tickets
to $11.50. Same great seats but cheaper!
The program will now cover the cost of
any Hickory Baseball player who wants to attend… again, same
great seats but now free for all our Hickory ball players!
One thing to note is that due to the way the ticketing system is
structured, you will have to pay for your players tickets up
front. The link to purchase tickets is above – just go on-line,
pick out your seats, and pay for them. After you purchase the
tickets, shoot me an email and let me know which players you
purchased the tickets for. This will get them on the list for
the pregame festivities and it will also let me know who I need
to get money refunded to. In terms of refunds, we plan to
either get you a refund of the purchase price now or we can
apply the cost of the tickets as a credit to your account for
next year’s registration. We’ll work details with everyone in
whatever way makes the most sense for you.
For those families that have already bought tickets, drop me an
email letting me know how many tickets you bought as well as the
names of your players. I’ll start the ball rolling on the
refund for the players tickets as well as refunding you the
difference in cost from the original ticket price to the new
This promises to be a fun night, really hope we can get a great
showing by Hickory Baseball. Contact Chuck Marzen at
